Bootcamps get a makeover with this cardio session using fun props, your body weight and of course, the barre. Expect to feel real pumped up and get ready to move to the beat. Designed to lift your heart rate, increase your metabolism and push you past your limits, here’s to maximum results, in the shortest of time! Bonus: You continue burning calories and fat long after the class thanks to the ‘afterburn’ effect of HIIT.

Cancellation Policy

All classes have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy prior to class start time. For any late cancel or no show, your credit will not be refunded. For unlimited packages, all late cancel/no show will be charge a penalty fee of RM20.
